These Terms & Conditions are a draft for Namkham Academy. The Academy should review and approve the final wording before production use.
By accessing or using Namkham Academy, users agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and any academy rules communicated to them.
Student accounts are created or assigned by an authorised Academy administrator, teacher, lecturer or instructor. Public self-registration is not available.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must notify the Academy if they believe their account has been compromised.
Course materials, lessons, tests and assignments are provided for authorised learners. Users must not copy, redistribute, resell or publish protected Academy content without permission.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, upload malicious material, or submit content that violates applicable law or Academy rules.
Where a course or service requires payment, applicable prices, payment methods and refund conditions will be communicated by the Academy. The Academy's approved Refund & Cancellation Policy applies where applicable.
The Academy may update its courses, platform features, policies and these Terms when necessary. Material policy changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel.
